You can track your calories and have it recorded in your diary however you cannot customize meals. You can make changes to your calorie target by clicking on “Profile” and then “Calories Target”. Our range is between 1100 and 2400 Calories per day.
Yes. Please select any allergens you may have by clicking on “Profile” > “Personal Info” > “Allergies”. You cannot select your allergies from the ‘replace meals’ option and by click the ‘filter’ button.

You can select from a wide variety of meals on our platform. We do however preselect meals for you based on information provided in the onboarding
No. Your subscription would need to be either for 5 days in a week or 20 days in a month. You may however use the “Skip” feature which will allow you to skip as many days as you wish. Those days skipped are then added to the end of your subscription.
Yes. You can leave notes for each individual order when you click on ‘View Details’ under the meal description
No, each user needs to have their own account and subscribe accordingly

Yes. As you complete your onboarding, you will see a variety of meal options that could potentially be a part of your plan. Rest assured, you can also ‘replace’ meals with those of your choice if you do not feel like having our pre-selected meals.
All skipped days are added automatically to the end of your subscription. You can also later change your days skipped if needed, offering you more flexibility
Yes, you can rate and share a comment on every meal you ordered by finding the meal in your ‘diary’ section. Your feedback is important to us as this will guide and improve our services to serve you better.

This is not possible as you typically have purchased a subscription for a set number of meals. You may change your subscription once the current plan expires. For any last minute changes however, you may reach out to our customer service team.

Yes a full or partial refund will be offered depending on the meals that have already been received.
Yes you can cancel your subscriber from your profile. The funds will be returned to your bank account within 5 working days. You may also contact our customer service team.
You will have an option to enter your promo code upon checkout. Simply enter the code and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
You can renew your subscription within the App. You will receive a notification that your current subscription is soon finishing. Simply click ‘renew’. You can also renew your subscription fromyour ‘Profile’ page > ‘Meal Plan’. Upon renewal you will have an option to ‘reorder the same meal plan’ or switch to another meal plan

Our aim is for all of our customers to love everything we do. In the unlikely event this is not the case we want to know about it as soon as possible so that we can make it right for you and ensure that it doesn’t happen again. We advise that you contact our Customer Service Team via the Live Chat feature where our team will be happy to assist you immediately and resolve any problems you may have experienced. We aim to resolve all complaints within a maximum 24 hour unless there are extenuating circumstances.
The rider can leave your meal at the reception or at your door if you are not available to receive the meal. You may let us know your preference.
The delivery depends on which plan you subscribe to. Our meal plan packages range from 1 meal per day, 2 meals per day and 3 meals per day.
The meals are delivered with the support of our outsourced last mile delivery partners.
You can make the changes by clicking on “Profile” > “Manage Address” and then add a new delivery time slot or address. We have a cut off time which is at 10 PM the day before delivery. Before the cut off time you are able to make any changes in meal selection or delivery address.
We make sure that meals are delivered within the time slot you have chosen. Our customer service team will keep you updated with the status of your meal delivery.

As you go through the registration process, you will be prompted to share your goals and basic information. You will then see a number of Subscription Options to select from. Simply select the one that suits your requirements, make the payment and get started the next day.
You can subscribe to 1, 2 or 3 meals per day on a weekly or monthly basis. You can also select the days in the week for which you would like your meals. Our mission is to give you as much flexibility and variety as possible.
